When I was ready to pay for my purchase, I asked if the contractor who is doing the work could pick up the box of wood (22 sq. ft.) at anytime over the next few weeks and I was assured by two people that there was no charge for product I had paid for but not yet picked up. Today, a few weeks later, they called and said I had to come get it right away. It won't fit in my car, so we'll see what the contractor can do.
