Extortion! Rude office manager. Do not use! I am getting my shower redone and had the whole wall open for the shower kit to be replaced. When I called I asked how much it would cost. Olivia said it is $225 for the first hour, she asked a technician who said it would take approximately an hour with the wall completely open. -An hour into my scheduled arrival time I was called and told they needed to reschedule until the next day. That was a wasted hour of my travel time and inconvenience! -
