The technician who visited was named Paul he worked us into what sounded like a busy schedule. He was on time and within five minutes had diagnosed the issue that we had spent hours trying to figure out. He was super professional, very efficient and he went to extra step to check a couple other routine maintenance things that we had not had done in the last 12 months.
