I needed a small piece of pvc to repair a break. They took the time to help me, cut the pipe, and even called and found another piece I needed that they didn't have. Took much more time and effort than the small amount I paid them, but they treated me like I was their biggest customer. They were kind, respectful, and so professional. These are the kind of people you want to do business with.
