I had an exterior door that I broke trying to DIY. It couldnt shut. Called Freddy in the evening and they gave me a quote and a technician was here in under 30 minutes. David was a great technician and got things repaired very quickly. The door hasnt open or closed that well in over 20 years. The whole process was smooth and simple. It was great to have a real human pickup the phone and not some AI. They deserve all 5 stars !
