Based on the reply of the owner, then there is a greater issues with transparency and integrity as the lady in the main office stated that their location does not even service our area and the appointment should have never been taken!!!! The owner claims to be a former banker who left that profession, but it seems he may also be getting tired of running this business efficiently or respecting customers’ time.
