First Serve did a great job in responding to an urgent water leak that affected 2 floors of our house. They were able to start drying almost immediately, which expedited the rest of the process. Bryce was our technician and he was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really hope to never need another emergency water call, but if you find yourself in that predicament, I would definitely recommend.
