We called them several times. Each time a knowledgeable and helpful operator helped us. When we had to bring the unit in they were amazing! This experience was the best, way better than we expected! Thank you, Anthony, Ruby, and Chad for a remarkable experience!

Dont buy generator.has 4 hrs on it no aupport. Cant even get the address to a service center after 4 emails. Im done

Trash, had 9400watt generator for less than a week and had major generator failure, cant return and they refuse to honor the warranty. I had to go spend another $1000+ on a different generator and their failure almost cost me 10s of thousands in damage to a house being remodeled. Customer service was rude and already making excuses for why the wouldn't honor their warranty.
