Tim recently inspected out house prior to our closing. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He also took his time and paid attention to detail. He connected us to several other people for additional inspections and/or advice and those people were equally great. The report was thorough and well laid out. It has been incredibly helpful as we work through some of the repairs that needed to be made. I can't recommend Tim enough!
