Very good service highly recommend this company for the best service

We were fortunate to find Fireside Hearth and Home. Their repair service is fabulous. They were incredibly detailed oriented, and in addition to cleaning out our fireplace and the ignition area below. they switched us to a simpler remote per our request. They taught us how to relight the pilot light when the electricity went out. Extremely patient and kind service people. definitely at the top of our list!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I have been a customer of Fireside Hearth and Home for 27 years! Have two fireplaces. A great testimony to their gas fireplace is that I installed one in 1999 and did not have a service call for 27 years. Never thought about it. (Getting a service call this month!)
