Had our annual service visit with James. He is great to work with. Friendly and very knowledgeable, happy to teach us helpful tips.

I called Fireside for a second opinion. The service fee was higher than the first company but what they provided was significantly more! They took apart the whole fireplace, cleaned everything and even painted the inside shell (all included in the service fee). The first company only removed the bottom panel and gave a diagnosis. I needed two parts replaced. The cost was almost $1,600 less than the first quote for replacement of one part! I highly recommend them!

Service was excellent. Adam knew how to tune up both fireplaces. He cleaned and even painted the box. He also instructed me on some simple tips to keep it running well. I highly recommend Fireside!
