We had a different electrician out to fix a problem - after he left, we discovered other lights and outlets weren't working. He came back the next day and couldn't find anything wrong. We contacted Fifer to come out for a second opinion. Within 15 minutes, Justin had identified the problem (probably caused by the first guy), and fixed it. He was polite, responded quickly, very competently handled the problem, and was a wonderful young man to deal with. We'd give him six stars if we could!

Even with his truck being in the shop for routine maintenance and unable to come out to our house Justin was able to help us! He walked us through the process we needed and fixed our problem over the phone. We needed help right away since we had a new appliance being delivered the next morning and without our outlet fully functional they would not have installed it.
