This business absolutely sucks - they think they own the tanks people have paid on for 20 plus years and charge a lease fee. They also believe they’re in the right to charge a fee to account owners to empty tanks if any propane remains in the tank. I requested for them to remove the tank and they haven’t scheduled me for removal. Doesn’t that mean I’m owed for storage of said tank! This is the United States of America. We've been with Ferrellgas for several years. Have not had too many delays in service, which we understand can't be helped at times, and the drivers are very respectful of our property.
