i ordered gas for my pool they set a day and time the guy comes out and instead of knocking on door and asking us to move our cars he leaves with out getting out of truck. then Im told they canceled the ordered but no refund they took my money instead no bill no explaination. then I ordered again they finally made it . I ordered 200 gallons that was delivered on January 19th when I still had 20 percent in my tank. I cut my heat off for a week when we had nice weather. Went to turn it back on not even a whole month n half later my tank is empty. I took pictures of the tank and it looked like it hadn't been properly sealed. I called them they told me there was nothing they could do, they will do a leak check but charge me an arm and a leg to do it. Then the guy didnt even come in and talk to me after he checked

We have no idea what is going on with this bunch but they are to be avoided at all costs. They claim that recent snowfall has them severely backed up, and that might be true - to a degree. But NOT the degree they claim. We don't know if they have a driver shortage, or they are on strike or what but we've had MULTIPLE delivery requests in since BEFORE the storm hit and all we get is lies, missed targets and more lies. Most recently we got a notice we'd see a delivery on 2/23 by end of day. T
