Would give a negative review if possible. Called the number on the website to set up new service. Customer service rep setup the account for a rental tank. Come time for the install I get a call from the installer and he says they will not do a rental install for what I asked for even though I had already paid. Hands me off to his account manager and he says I can buy a tank which is not what I had budgeted for at this time. Cancelled the install after wasting my time. Best case the company

Disappointed I could not receive the veteran's discount. I was unaware of the discount prior to ordering and apparently it can't be considered after the delivery. Otherwise, we use Ferrellgas in both Yuma and Hereford and deliveries are timely and drivers professional.

I don’t know where to begin my experience with Juan and Ferrell gas what’s completely unprofessional and frustrating. I waited almost 2 months for them to install the propane tank, and every time he came to the job site/our House. There was something that he needed or an excuse not to connect the Gas. He wanted to sell me the regulators, when other companies provide those on the install and overall my experience with them was just completely unprofessional. I don’t recommend going with this comp
