Fast Water Heater installed our previous water heater 21 years ago. So they were the first people we called. They were able to get us an appointment right away. Our technician was Chris Best. Arrived on time, assessed our water heater to see if it was repairable. We chose to replace our old one. From his arrival to completion was not much more than 2 hours. He did such a great job. He kept us informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company.

The task was to repair a water heater leak at a fitting. Two hours were spent doing the repair. The repair didn't work; the fitting was still leaking after the repair. The technician couldn't identify why the repair didn't work. The threads on the water heater appeared to be fine per his analysis. The repair for the charge was $1500, which was charged before the repair began. Paying that amount of money for a repair that didn't repair anything was not a satisfactory experience.

Extremely satisfied with the work performed by Reinaldo Ortega and his team! Not only did they replace the water heater, but they also installed a thermal expansion tank, placed a water drain pan along with drainage tubes to the exterior of the house to ensure our interior floors have a level of protection in the event of a leak. They were running two hours past the end of my three-hour window; I had traveled far to get the site of the water heater replacement and had to leave for work with nothing done. I canceled and went with another service; what a waste of time and energy. :(
