Two words: reliable and genuine. That's what I look for in a plumber! He's helped us with our new home to clean out the sewage clog, fixing leakage in the kitchen, and just now he made an extra stop to my office just to check on my toilet issue at a short notice. Excellent service from Rob and his partner. Responded quickly to my "emergency". Arrived within the time estimate. And assessed the problem and fixed it within mins. Highly recommend. Note to self do not put uncooked starch products into garbage disposal.

Woke up Saturday to a wet spot spreading across the hallway carpet and absolutely panicked. Called Fanta and they talked me through shutting the main off, and had a tech at the house within 90 minutes. Turned out to be a slab leak under the dining room. They couldn't repair through the slab without tearing up tile so they rerouted the line through the attic instead. Water was back on Sunday afternoon. Had main line back up and asked help for help finding a plumber and these plumbers was recommended and called him immediately. He showed up 45 min later and was respectful, explained everything and didn't over charge or sell me. ROB is the BEST. He got everything fixed and did it fast and affordable.
