We have used FF several times before, and their work was always excellent. However, our most recent experience was not as good. They did not show up the day they were supposed to. When I called, they were unaware that they were scheduled for that day. They rescheduled for the following day. When they finished the job, the third panel of the fence repair was not level with the other two (see picture). I hired Family Fences for a straightforward job: fixing the latch on a wooden gate, reaffixing a loose panel, and renailing a couple of rails on the top of the fence. Despite the estimate being a little pricey, I expected high-quality work. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The job turned into a frustrating experience. While they were quick to collect payment—insisting on cash, which I accommodated—they failed to complete the work. They left an eight-foot thin railing on top of the fence unnailed. I
