Great experience from first contact on Thumback through the first in-person encounter. The team that came out was professional, personable, explained and answered every question, provided various options at different price points for all the work we discussed. Additionally, they easily fixed the problem that prompted my initial call… and fixed a number of other small electrical problems that we’d been working around. I plan to use them for more extensive work in the future.
