Remember what good customer service felt like? Sit down, because I'm about to remind you. Between November and March I had three different remediation companies in my home. Two were forgettable. Express Dry was not. Let's start with the basics: they showed up 15 minutes EARLY. I didn't know that was still a thing. Brandon and his team did a great job on our house in Escondido. We had a water leak in the wall behind the shower which they demoed and dryed out both inside and underneath. We had an unfortunate leak right after the holidays and express dry was referred by the plumber who came out. Oscar came out within THE HOUR to inspect and walk through next steps with us. Noah and the team were fantastic! When I had a water leak in my home they moved very quickly and had the packout team there within an hour and fans set up by the end of the day.
