The technician said he will arrive at 7:30AM to make a key for 2000 Toyota Corolla, I called at 7:40 to check why the technician is late and the dispatch said “the technician said he can not make the key he can only unlock the door” which I already did, I just need a key. Why do you make appointment If you can’t do the job? Very unprofessional
