10/10! We had a small gas leak that resulted in Citizens shutting off our gas until resolved. We got a quote from a big box plumbing company, who recommended replacing pipes, shut off valves and control valves in order to try to fix the leak. The total estimate being $1600. We got a second opinion from Expert Pipe and Shawn/Jaden came out a recommended just cleaning and retightening the existing valves (based on past experiences) which worked at 1/4 of the price! They responded quickly, explained the problem clearly, and wasted no time was wasted in diagnosing the issue of the sump pump drain and making the repair.

ExpertPipe was great to work with and offered a fair price to reset our toilet and change the valve. They were quick to respond and were able to come out for the repairs very quickly. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Jaden installed the water softener and did an excellent job. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommended! I updated my review from 5 to 2 stars after discovering multiple installation issues. They came three different times, but the work was still not completed professionally. Due to repeated problems and lack of confidence in their workmanship, I decided to stop working with them and hire another company to complete the installation properly. Even now, management has not contacted me
