Erik did a full inspection including thermal imaging and sewer line scope. He found an issue with the sewer line that would have been missed if I didn’t do that inspection. He saved me thousands of dollars because my realtor was able to negotiate it being fixed. Erik was friendly and thorough. Can’t wait to use him again for our 1 year inspection for our new build.
