He took the time to throughly assess moisture, and elaborately explain the findings as well as options to solve the moisture in our basement. We’re taking a beat to think over how to proceed but will definitely move forward with securing our home.

The work was great and the waterproofing has held up for the last 20 years! The only problem is we had purchased this home from the previous owner, called about transferring the warranty and had paid on the warranty for 2 years but one day the warranty bill stopped coming in the mail. When we called, the person said it expired and we were no longer under warranty and would be liable for repairs and could purchase a new warranty.
