I made closets by them a few years ago. I was happy. Last week the center partition of one of my closets broke and the entire closet came crashing down. I called them. It’s 8 days later. Nobody bothered calling me back. When I called them a 3rd time, they said they don’t have a date yet as to when then can come down. I offered to pay for it and told them I need it fixed desperately. They still couldn’t give me an approximate date as to when they will be available. 8 days later. So this warranty

He mentioned that they had fancier material I could use but said he didn't recommend that for my closet because I'd be the only one looking at it. Once I paid the deposit, his people came by & installed everything in a day. It now looks lovely & works very well - a huge improvement in my life!
