While the countertop is beautiful, we already have a chip on an area that is very low traffic. We reached out less than 5 months after install and are being charged $200 for them to fix it. I could see a charge after a year or so, but these counters weren't cheap and it's concerning that they've already chipped and there is a cost.

Mixed experience here. Brian in sales was amazing. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Mary in the office was very nice. During installation it was determined that the sink was cut incorrectly, requiring the install team to slice an inch off the long part of the peninsula. However, that impacted the alignment with the backplash and left an inch of unpainted area wher the old countertop extended out.
