Their service didn't feel professional at all. They provided me a generic checklist rather than a report, and the chimney inspection took less than ten minutes. The accumulation was still easily observable even though the creosote removal was intended to be part of it. They used a lot of scare tactics in their chimney repair estimates. In addition, they advised me to "just clean it yearly" when I inquired about chimney care. Not worth the money.
