Reached out to contact Eric Roofing and got a single “Y” back, then they immediately assumed I was a scammer. No professionalism, no actual conversation, just rude and dismissive. If that’s how they treat people who reach out, I wouldn’t trust them with a real job. Poor customer service.

I contacted this company for an estimate on Tuesday. I was told someone would be here Friday. I followed on on Friday around noon to confirm. I was told Richard would call me. It's now almost 7pm, no call, no follow up. Poor customer service.

Conscientious good work and quick to respond. Highly recommend.
