Have used Energy House for a few years. End product is fine, customer service is a real issue. You’d think they want your business, however after multiple interactions it seems they don’t. The tone is consistently argumentative, combative, and generally unpleasant. There are better service options in the area and I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I'd like to thank Nikki for her help in connecting us with the technical department at Heat & Glo regarding a question about our existing fireplace insert. Energy House had nothing to gain from us since we were not looking to buy or install, but she treated my question as urgently as if it was from one of her customers. She took my question, had me email her details, and had a response to us from the manufacturer within the same morning. Thank you Nikki!
