I had a great experience with Salvatore and Casey. I’d be lying if I said I was confident our insurance company would approve our window claim (which they didn’t), but Salvatore worked with our insurance company to get our whole house approved after they originally denied it. My experience with Ross and the folks at Encompass Builders couldn't have been better! Ross guided us through the hail damage claim process, advocated for me with my insurance company, and then stuck around until the last piece of equipment was promptly removed. Their window crew came in, were efficient, respectful of my home, and left each work space cleaner than when they arrived. This is the way the building and remodeling business should be run!
