When I called for an estimate, they were quick and responsive. They were also quick arranging and performing the initial measurements. It took a little over three months before the windows arrived and were ready to be installed, but, that was beyond Empire's control and was due to supply chain issues and we were informed and well aware it could take 3-4 months so this is not a complaint. NO SHOW. Made an appointment with Jennifer for 3/11/2021 for a repair estimate on the ceiling panels on my back porch after our pipes froze and broke with the Austin freeze in February. She gave me a window of 8am - 12n. She still wasn't here at 1:07 pm so I called to find out the status.
