Worked with Derric to update our existing system that ESI had installed. While he was there, we had an issue with an entirely different system than the one he was working on and he paused his project to come give a hand on the other system. Excellent service, and considerate, cordial technicians.

My review is for the two technicians Derric and Jy' Rod that serviced my Alarm system the second time within a couple of months. Arrived on time,very respectful, explained the problem, the cause and what they had to do to correct the issue. Demonstrated a feature that I needed to press in on the key pad for the chime, which I was not aware of. Very satisfied with their quality of work and interaction with the customer.

Carl and Derek from ESI Emergency Systems just fixed my security system which I heavily depend on since I live on the first floor of an apartment complex. They were efficient and very professional. I was grateful that they checked the other five windows at my request, explained what they were doing, and then cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed with both gentlemen.
