10/10 experience! We just moved into a home where the HVAC system clearly hadn’t been cleaned in years, there were literally basketball-sized clumps of cat hair coming out of all the vents. I called at 7:45pm last night, and by 6pm today, Deon and Devon came out and did a deep furnace and duct cleaning, sanitized the ducts, cleaned the dryer vent, and installed a UV light in the furnace.
