I happen to stop in Elle interiors while I was visiting Scottsdale. Such a cute storefront and beautiful pieces to browse. The staff was very helpful and they found a great housewarming gift for my friend I was visiting. The hand blown glass vase was so pretty that I couldn't stop thinking of it. I calle a few days later to see if they could ship me one. They were kind enough to track them down and ship me four! Wish I lived locally so I could use them for some design help!

Edit for reply to the owner: Elle, not a single person from your office called to see how the project turned out, no final QC checks, nothing. I get the PR move is to argue with the customer over reviews I guess but your company failed.
