Sergio from Elite stucco did a new build EIFS job in the late summer of last year. Upon applying the final coat you could see hundreds on bubbles in the exterior and lines from the mechanically fastened foam board. Sergio said this was normal, but after getting an EIFS inspector on site it was determined it was far from normal. The material wasn't installed correctly. Sergio was fully paid out of good will and belief he would correct the issues, but he did not. Also when I tried to file a claim

Sergio did repairs and full repainting of our home’s exterior. He also resurfaced our granite front and back porch areas. Everything turned out perfectly and looks like a new home. The team took care to remove gutters to paint behind them and respected our property overall. After the job there was one area that needed touching up, I text the photo to Sergio and he was there to work on it the next morning.
