Sam will not call or text us back. We need some communication and are not receiving any. We had problems with our installers that went on far to long, and now we can't even get a phone call. We do not suggest that you use this company.

I do not recommend this company, they put the panels on and got it hook up but did not schedule the inspection or get with the electric company, at this point the electrician Did not hook up 3 wires or put any stickers on any of my electric boxes or finish the job, Sam refuses to call me or answer the phone or text. I still cannot get a hold of anyone at Elite solar.i had to do the leg work to get it working but the electric company say I'm not returning any electric.

it's amazing that you still have your sales staff ring the door bells when it clearly has a sign saying "No Soliciting". According to your sales person he said "the company still makes us ring the door bell even if we see the sign" . How nice of your company to disrespect the homeowners wishes and then have the nerve to ask for their business.
