Messaged them for an estimate for a clogged sink between 5pm - 6pm. They didn't arrive until 6:40pm and that's only because I messaged to find out where the technician was. Then scheduled an appointment for the next day to fix the clog at 5pm. They never came and I never got an explanation. Sink is still clogged.
