Excellent and very pleasant customer service from team leader (Koi) Installed attic insulation after explaining what was going to be done ( before and after; checked for air leakage two times ). Team sealed off leaks around wires, lights , etc . Connected tubes (that were NOT connected) so that exhaust would be ventilated to outside instead of inside the attic. Removed an item (solar electrical fan) from the final bill because it would have been impractical due to too much shade from trees. A
