The two brothers who came out were friendly and polite. They arrived on time..actually a little early! They did a great job and somehow managed to get a stain out of the carpet that I had tried everything on without success. I was thrilled to see that it was completely gone! They had the magic touch! We have 2 dogs, one of which occasionally had accidents, so they pet treated the carpet as well. The carpet looked great, and even better, smelled great. This was our second time using Elegant- tha

The absolute worst company to work with. They are unprofessional, had to come out for the job several times. There were thin and uneven spots all over my floor. They definitely need to train their staff on expoxy flooring and the owner needs to treat his clients better. The team even managed to eat up my whole door frame. The owner of the company yelled at me on the phone over this job and told me j didnt want to me. I felt belittled and not like a customer should
