Extremely professional. That's exactly how I would describe this business. Specifically the manager. They have a policy that they don't return materials when it's a stain for concrete. And I had an issue with my stain and I knew that it said that it no return. I just wanted to see if I could change the color in that same pigment. And the manager went all out and to make sure that I left happy. And he got me a new stain in a different color. And that's not even exactly what I was asking for, he w
