I've been trying to procure a bid for over a week, now. Nobody is answering the phone or replying to any of my emails. I called the office 40 times between the hours of 9 and 11 on a workday. I would have left a message, but there is no voicemail. I have left several messages pleading with my assigned estimator to make any sort of effort to contact me back, and he has failed to do so. Does anyone know how to get in touch with these people?
