This is a drive by pool company. My filter pump almost burned up due a filthy filter, that could no longer allow water to flow, yet the weekly report they would send to me said it was inspected and cleaned. You will get a service tech onsite for 3-5 minutes per visit. The one time my wife called to complain she talked the owner who was hostile and rude. Steer clear.
