Friendly and the filters I needed were available. The prices of the filters are a different story; very pricey.

This company is fantastic - we were having an issue with our system and Eric was incredible about fixing the problem. Not only did he fix the problem he answered dozens of questions on best use cases, how to maintain, and just overall great tricks and tips. They were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable, all the things you want when you have a technician coming into your home. Thanks again everyone!

Technician came today and replaced only cartridges needed as this is a 2nd home. He also installed a leak detector that will shut off the unit if a leak is detected. Then he broke up the "salt block" in my water softener unit and instructed me how to check for that. Knowledge is powerful. Thank you for the information.
