Stay away. They didn't apply sealant correctly to my patio, they attempted to fix 4 times. When they power washed the patio, they removed lots of polymeric sand. I reported the issue but they said they had been to my property enough and it was up to me to fix.

They did a wonderful job and the tech James was excellent. They showed up within 5 minutes of scheduled time. I'm a returning customer, and I value their use of less harsh cleansers that is friendly to my landscaping.

I used this service (Ecoteck soft wash) about a week ago (12/10/25) and I found both the customer service and technicians to be very good. Beginning with my first contact over the phone through the completion of the service. They were professional, courteous, conscientious and extremely thorough in the performance of their duties. The technicians Justin and Daquan were a rare pleasure, extremely knowledgeable, detailed and friendly. Thank you!
