Major dissappointment! We chose to go with Ecoclean because their online advertising said they were the " #1 pet stain and odor remover GUARANTEED!" Satisfaction or your money back. Well, they did neither. We bought a 3 year old house with pet odor in the carpet. The technicians were very nice and professional.
