Excellent communication from start to finish. The team did a good job overall, though a few details were missed. After drying, there are still some visible stains on the couch, and the sectional wasn’t pulled apart for a full clean between the sections or moved off the area rug to clean the rug underneath.

They did an awesome job with the rugs I sent in. 3 years of pet stains and odor now gone. They look like brand new. Good to do once or twice a year. Adrian and Jesus were very quick and careful with my furniture and rugs. Thanks guys!
