BEWARE! BEWARE! Beware! The rug is not clean. I took a slightly damp rag and rubbed a mostly dry spot. Still dirty as you can see on the rag. The couch is just a mess. You can see where water/solution ran down the back and wasn’t sucked out . One end of the couch still has a dog urine smell even though I paid extra to remove the smell. He also didn’t only cleaned one side of the seat cushions. He seemed shocked when I told him I rotated my cushions every few weeks. He did say he would come back
