I recently had my foundation inspected and learned that Eco Attic Systems installed earthquake proofing brackets that were unnecessary. The foundation inspector pointed out that my house was already bracketed down so I paid $3500 for something I didn't need. I have reached out multiple times to resolve this issue by email, and once by phone because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but instead of getting an apology and a refund I got neither.
