Bought a water filtration system. It leaked. Flooded the house. They replaced it. It EXPLODED! Flooded the house. We had 5 inches of water everywhere. Getting someone on the phone and help with the first leak and flood was nearly impossible and took reaching out to them for months the second flood? Purchased model 2200 salt-free water softener in 2019 with 10 uear warranty and was replaced in 2020 for failure. It has failed again (no power). I have tried several times a day to reach company with no answer, no call back, messages left and online service request, and nothing. This company was great during interactions in 2019 and 2020. They have been bought by Watts and should now be avoided! I will continue trying and report to BBB.

I have tried to contact easy water for a month via calls that never get answered and emails. At the latest refill from one of their recommended area plumbers the 3 tanks were reset to run every 3 days at the exact same time caused Tim’s of issues with our sump pump. I used to be able to change the days and times but the control panel is locked after that visit. Zero support to help me fix this issue. Need to investigate what is going on with this company!
