Miguel came to look at my broken shower and we discussed which shower kit to purchase. I went ahead purchased it because he said he could come install it on Wednesday. He never came on Wednesday, he stopped responding to my text messages and phone calls. He just totally ghosted us.

He not only built a solid wall, he matched the baseboard and other moldings - because the same style moldings were unavailable, he custom cut wood to match. For the second project, he built a ramp in our garage; to make it sturdy and reliable, he built it out of metal instead of wood. It is solid and looks great.
